I fished yesterday afternoon's incoming tide at Ala Spit with some success. In a very few casts immediately after the tide began coming in, I caught a beautiful small Dolly Varden. Unfortunately that was it for the next two hours that I fished. I did see one other fish, presumably a rersident coho, jump.
