I went fishing on the Skagit river for the past three days and the Silvers are running. Yesterday, I went fishing with my BIL and with his spin reel he caught 10 Silvers within the span of 3 hours. The fishing was hot between 6 am till 7:30. Every Coho was over 22 inches long! There is really good beach access, in Mount Vernon, with good parking but no bathrooms. I plan to go out with my fly rod Tuesday or Wednesday. will post date on Lets go Fishing Forum, if anyone wants to join me.
