WIFFC Picnic Well Attended

At least twenty club members and family attended this year's picnic at Fort Casey State Park. It was great to see so many faces--particularly new or long absent faces. We have a heck of a membership, with skills and interests (fly fishing and other) in so many areas that conversation never lags.


I want to thank Clarence Hein (with helpful coaching by Jill) for coordinating food, setting up, tearing down, and providing casting practice props. Thanks, too, to Phil Latendresse for bringing his furled leader jig along for demos, and to Jon Layman for letting us cast some of his bamboo rods.
